Admin dashboard contains TODOs:
- create new appointments
- view upcoming appointments (especially unconfirmed appointments)
- add new interpreters
- send a message to an interpreter, requester, or patron
- generate a billing report
- generate an invoice

Also show an overview of information they may like to know, such as
- recent appointments
- upcoming appointments
- total earnings
- gamefied overview stats, such as number of appointments the agency has handled as a whole, or a leaderboard for top interpreters
